You’re welcome to book an appointment at Coast to Coast Psychology at any time—no referral needed.

If you’d like to access a Medicare rebate, you’ll need a referral from your GP along with a Mental Health Care Plan. This can help reduce the cost of several sessions each calendar year. Your GP can address the referral to Coast to Coast Psychology or directly to your psychologist. If you’re unsure whether you’re eligible, a quick chat with your GP or psychiatrist can help clarify things.

If you have private health insurance, you may also be able to claim a partial refund for your sessions. It’s a good idea to check with your health fund to see what’s covered.
